The accompanying person fee includes:
- Access to the Welcome Reception
- It does not include participation in the Conference Sessions and Workshops.
The registration fees do not include insurance for participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
By registering for the conference, you accept the use of photos and video footage, which will be used for advertising purposes on the Roadlca website and other websites.

Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation must be made by email to roadlca2026@unipa.it
Cancellation before 15 April 2026: Refund of 100%.
Cancellation from 16 April 2026 to 31 May 2026: Refund of 50%.
Cancellation from 1 June 2026: No refund will be provided.
