Registration Fee entitlements :

The accompanying person fee includes:
- Access to the Welcome Reception (29/09) and Gala Dinner (01/10)
- It does not include participation in the Conference Sessions and Workshops
- Social events are selected from our organization for you, however they need to be arranged separately
The registration fees do not include insurance for participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
By registering for the conference, you accept the use of photos and video footage, which will be used for advertising purposes on the Roadlca website and other websites.
Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation must be made by email to roadlca2026@unipa.it
Cancellation before 31 July 2026: Refund of 100%.
Cancellation from 01 August 2026 to 15 August 2026: Refund of 50%.
Cancellation from 15 August 2026: No refund will be provided.
